摘要
近些年来,我国的高职教育得到了快速的发展,赢得了很好的社会口碑,但是在培养企业所需人才这方面仍然与实际存在很大差距。比如我国高职院校在人才培养模式上存在的专业设置与企业需求不对口,理论教学多于实践,教师数量和综合素质有待增加和提高,教学模式陈旧的问题,都需要引起相关从业人员的高度重视。因此,论文探讨适应企业需求的高职院校人才培养模式具有十分现实的意义。
In recent years, the rapid development of higher vocational education in our country has won a good social reputation. However,there is still a long way to cultivate the talents needed by enterprises. For example, the problems in the talent training mode of higher vocational colleges such as the professional setting is not opposite to the enterprise demand, theory teaching is more than practice, the quantity and comprehensive quality of teachers need to be increased and improved, and the teaching mode is out of date, these problems need to arouse the attention of the relevant practitioners. Therefore, it is of great realistic significance to explore the talent training mode of higher vocational colleges to meet the needs of enterprises.
