由于我国食品安全现状十分严峻,要解决食品安全问题就必须对整个食品物流供应链进行监控。论文通过打造一个全民监控的透明化、可视化的食品物流供应链平台,结合四维码的独特安全性,建立完整可溯源的产品数据库,进一步推动食品安全监控模式的运行与落实,为食品安全监控提供有力的决策依据。

Due to the food safety situation in China is very serious, to solve the food safety problem, we must monitor the whole food logistics supply chain. Through creating a transparent and visualized food logistics supply chain platform, combining the unique security of four-dimensional codes, the article establishes a complete traceable product database, further promotes the operation and implementation of food safety monitoring mode, and provides a strong decision-making basis for food safety monitoring.
