摘要
QC小组活动作为企业群众性质量管理活动的一种有效组织活动,在促进企业提高职工素质,改进产品质量、工作质量和服务质量,实现技术进步,提高经济效益,不断完善企业生存发展能力等方面有着显著作用。论文通过对提高锡粒生产效率的QC小组活动及成效介绍,简单论述如何使QC小组活动在企业发展进步中发挥作用。
QC group activity, as a kind of effective activities of enterprise mass quality management activities, has a significant effect on promoting enterprises to improve staff quality, improve product quality, work quality and service quality, realizing technological progress,improving the economic benefit and the enterprise survival and development ability, etc.. This paper briefly discusses how to make QC group activities play a role in the development of enterprises by the introduction of QC group activity which improves the production effectiveness of tin and the efficiency.
