促排卵汤配合中频对排卵障碍性不孕促排卵周期的影响

Effect of Ovulation Promoting Decoction Combined with Intermediate Frequency on Ovulation Induction Cycle of Anovulatory Infertility

目的:研究促排卵汤配合中频在排卵障碍性不孕患者治疗中的应用价值。方法:选择2015年5月-2017年2月纳入的102例排卵障碍性不孕患者,按照随机数字法分为研究组与对照组,各51例,研究组采取促排卵汤结合中频,对照组采取枸橼酸氯米芬片,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组总有效率(98.04%)较对照组(80.39%)高,差异有统计学意义(字2=8.535,P=0.014);且不良反应发生率(3.92%)明显较对照组(15.69%)低,差异有统计学意义(字2=3.991,P=0.046)。结论:排卵障碍性不孕患者采取促排卵汤结合中频治疗效果更好,可有效改善患者月经及排卵状况,安全性较高,为患者成功妊娠提供有效保障。

Objective： To study the application value of Ovulation Promoting Decoction combined with intermediate frequency in the treatment of anovuhtory infertility.Method： 102 cases of anovulatory infertility patients from May 2015 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group, 51 cases in each group.The study group used Ovulation Promoting Decoction combined with medium frequency, while the control group adopted Clomifene Citrate Tablets; treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Result： The total effective rate was 98.04% in the study group, higher than 80.39% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（χ2=8,535, P〈0.05）.And the incidence of adverse events was 3.92%, lower than 15.69% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（χ2=3.991, P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Anovulatory infertility patients take Ovulation Promoting Decoction combined with intermediate frequency has better therapeutic effect, can effectively improve the patients＇ menstruation and ovulation status, has high safety, and provide effective protection for patients with successful pregnancy.
