康复护理对改善急性脑梗死患者肢体功能障碍的效果分析

Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing on Improving Limb Dysfunction in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:探讨对急性脑梗死患者实施康复护理对其肢体功能障碍的改善效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院在2014年9月-2016年6月收治的72例急性脑梗死患者,并随机分为两组,对照组36例患者实施常规护理,观察组36例患者则实施康复护理,对两组患者护理效果进行观察和对比。结果:干预前,两组患者的肢体运动功能障碍评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者上肢运动功能、下肢运动功能、关节活动度及肢体感觉功能评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理工作满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对急性脑梗死患者实施康复护理能够明显改善患者的上肢运动功能、下肢运动功能、关节活动度及肢体感觉功能障碍,而且能够显著提高患者对护理工作的满意度,效果显著,具有较高的临床推广价值。

Objective： To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing on limb dysfunction in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Method： A total of 72 patients with acute cerebral infarction were enroUed in this study from September 2014 to June 2016.They were randomly divided into two groups.36 patients in the control group underwent routine care, and 36 patients in the observation group underwent rehabilitation care, then observed and compared with care effects of the two groups of patients.Result： Before the intervention, there were no significant differences in the scores of limb motor dysfunction between the two groups（P〉0.05）. After intervention, the upper limb motor function, lower limb motor function, joint mobility and limb sensory function score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P 〈0.05）.The satisfaction rate of the nursing staff in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion： The rehabilitation ofpatients with acute cerebralinfarction can significantly improve the upper limb motor funotion, lower limb motor function, joint mobility and limb sensory dysfunction, improve the patient＇s satisfaction with the nursing work.The effect is significant, with high clinical promotion value.
