个体化饮食护理处方在肝源性糖尿病患者中的应用体会

Application of Individualized Diet Nursing Prescription in Patients with Hepatic Diabetes

目的:对个体化饮食护理处方在肝源性糖尿病患者中的应用效果进行分析。方法:选取笔者所在医院2015年1月-2016年1月收治的122例肝源性糖尿病患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组61例。对照组行常规饮食护理,观察组使用个体化饮食护理处方,比较两组患者护理后的Hb A1c、2 h PG、FPG和护理总满意度。结果:护理干预后,观察组患者的Hb A1c、2 h PG、FPG均优于对照组,护理总满意度高于对照组,比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个体化饮食护理有利于肝源性糖尿病患者血糖控制,并建立良好的护患关系,是一种值得临床推广的糖尿病护理方式。

Objective： To analyze the effect of individualized diet nursing prescription in patients with hepatic diabetes.Method： From January 2015 to January 2016, 122 patients with hepatic diabetes admitted in our hospital were selected as the research object, and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, each group of 61 cases.The control group was given routine diet nursing, the observation group was treated with individualized diet nursing prescr/ption.The HhAlc, 2 h PG, FPG and total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result： After nursing intervention, the observation group of patients with HbAlc, 2 h PG, FPG were better than those of the control group, total nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Concluslon： Individualized diet nursing is beneficial to the control of blood glucose in patients with hepatic diabetes and to establish a good relationship between nurses and patients, is worthy of clinical promotion of diabetes care.
