院前程序化急救方案在毒蛇咬伤治疗中的应用价值

The Application Value of Prehospital Procedural Emergency Program in the Treatment of Snakebite

目的:对毒蛇咬伤患者治疗中院前程序化急救方案的应用效果进行分析。方法:选取笔者所在医院2016年2月-2017年2月收治的毒蛇咬伤患者68例做回顾性分析,均采用院前程序化急救方案,观察所有患者治疗效果。结果:治疗后,痊愈63例,好转2例,通过症状观察与患者主诉,临床症状均完全消失或明显缓解,治疗有效率95.59%;另外2例自行出院,1例因就诊不及时死亡。结论:毒蛇咬伤患者治疗中,院前程序化急救方案应用下,对提高患者治疗效果可发挥重要作用,应在临床实践中推广应用。

Objective： To analyze the application effect of the prehospital procedural emergency program for the patients with snakebite.Method： From February 2016 to February 2017, 68 cases of snakebite treated by hospital were selected for retrospective analysis, and all patients were treated with prehospital proeedural emergency program, observed the treatment effect.Result： After treatment, 63 eases were cured, 2 cases improved.Through the observation of the symptom and the patient＇ s complaints, the clinical symptoms disappeared completely or significantly alleviate, the treatment effectiveness was 95.59%; the other 2 patients were discharged on their own, 1 died due to the failure of treatment.Conclusion： In the treatment of the patients with snakebite, the prehospital procedural emergency pregram can play an important role in improving the therapeutic effect of patients, and should be popularized in clinical practice.
