椎间孔镜下选择性减压治疗单节段老年性腰椎管狭窄症的效果观察

Percutaneous Endoscopic Lumbar Discectomy for the Treatment of Lumbar Spinal Stenosis Syndrome

目的:探讨经皮椎间孔镜技术下治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床效果。方法:2015年3月-2017年3月,30例腰椎管狭窄症患者采用经皮椎间孔镜技术进行治疗。结果:所有患者随访均获7~29个月随访,平均18个月。术前腿痛VAS评分为(6.31±1.69)分,术后1周为(2.35±1.32)分,末次随访为(1.98±2.01)分,术后与术前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。根据Macnab评分:优17例,良9例,可3例,差1例,优良率86.7%。结论:经皮椎间孔镜技术下治疗腰椎管狭窄症,减压充分,安全有效,是治疗腰椎管狭窄症较为理想的方法之一。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical outcomes of percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomyfor elder patients with lumbar spinal stenosis syndrome.Method： From March 2015 to March 2017, 30 eider patients with lumbar spinal stenosis syndrome were treated via the percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy.The index of the pre- and postoperative VAS were collected and analyzed.Result： 30 cases were followed up for 7-29 months after operation. According to Macnab Standard, the results were excellent in 17 cases, good in 9 cases, and fair in 3 ease, the excellent and good rate was 86.7%.The mean scores of VAS was （6.31 ± 1.69） at preoperative, （2.35 ± 1.32） at 1 week postoperation, （1.98 ± 2.01） at final follow-up.The VAS score showed statistical significance（P〈0.05） between pre-and postoperation; and the difference was not significant between 1 week postoperative and final follow-up（P〉0.05）.Conclusion： Percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy is a safe and efficacious minimally invasive technique for elder patients with lumbar spinal stenosis syndrome.
