软肝煎治疗中晚期原发性肝癌临床观察

Clinical Observation on Ruangan Decoction in Treatment of Advanced Primary Liver Cancer

目的观察软肝煎联合西药治疗中晚期原发性肝癌的临床疗效。方法将100例中晚期原发性肝癌患者按照随机数字表法随机分成两组,每组各50例,对照组给予保肝及对症支持治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服软肝煎,1日1剂,分2次口服。两组均以治疗4个月为1个疗程。结果治疗组近期疗效改善率及2年生存率显著高于对照组;治疗后肝功能指标和总胆红素明显低于对照组。两组对比,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论软肝煎联合西药治疗中晚期原发性肝癌疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Ruangan decoction combined western medicine in treatment of advanced primary liver cancer. Methods 100 cases of patients with advanced primary liver cancer were randomly divided into control group and treatment group l 50 cases in each group. Control group was given hepatoprotective and anti- symptomatic therapy with supportive treatment, treatment group was treated with Ruangan decoction on the basis of control group, 1 agent per day, 2 times orally. Both groups were treated for 1 course of 120 days. Results The improvement rate and the 2 year survival rate of treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group; the liver function index and total bilirubin of treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Integral medicine is significantly effective in treatment of advanced primary liver cancer.
