中药熏洗联合手术治疗髌骨骨软骨骨折

Effects of TCM Fumigation Combined with Surgery in Treatment of Patellar Osteochondral Fracture

目的观察髌骨骨软骨骨折采用中药薰洗联合手术治疗的疗效。方法对8例髌骨骨软骨骨折手术复位骨折块,康复时联合中药熏洗治疗。对比手术前后膝关节IKDC评分。结果 8例患者髌骨骨软骨骨折愈合好,膝关节活动好,无疼痛。术后膝关节IKDC评分与术前比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论髌骨骨软骨骨折采用手术复位高强度缝线悬吊固定疗效好,联合中药熏洗可以提高疗效。

Objective To summarize the effects of TCM fumigation combined with surgery in treatment ofosteochondral fracture of patella. Methods 8 cases of patients with osteochondral fracture of patella were treated with ,surgery and postoperative rehabilitation combined with TCM fumigation. The changes of IKDC scores were compared before and after treatment. Results The patellofemoral joint was good in 8 cases. The fracture healed and the knee joint was free of pain. The functional recovery of knee joint was satisfactory, and the IKDC score ofproperation was significantly higher than preoperation（P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion It is effective to treat osteochondral fracture of patella by operation reduction and suture suspension, the combination of TCM fumigation can promote the rehabilitation of joint function.
