摘要
肝豆状核变性也称Wilson's病,是一种常染色体隐性遗传病,铜在机体各器官特别是肝、肾、脑基底节膜沉积,对女性患者生殖系统的损害亦十分显著且长期被忽视。中医对女性肝豆状核变性患者生殖异常有一定的认识,采用中药和针灸治疗亦有较好的疗效。
Hepatolenticular degeneration, also called Wilson＇ s disease, is an autosomal recessive genetic disease.Copper deposits in the body＇s organs, especially in liver, kidney and basal ganglia of brain, the damage to reproductive system of female patients is very significant and has been neglected for a long time. This paper reviews the understanding and research pregress of traditional Chinese medicine on reproductive abnormalities in female patients with hepatolenticular degeneration.
