摘要 针对兔毛抱合性差,不易纺纱成布,易起毛起球脱毛等问题,采用化纤仿生方法,纺制仿兔毛纱线。使用锦纶、粘胶和聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT),通过合理设置工艺参数纺制21 tex仿兔毛纱线。通过正交试验分析了PBT捻向和细纱捻向配合对仿兔毛纱线的影响,得出PBT捻向与细纱捻向相反时,能更好的包覆纤维,从而增强纱线力学性能,改善纱线外观质量,使该仿免毛纱线更接近兔毛的特点。 The product of rabbit hair had many weakness,like poor physical strength and fiber cohesion. In this paper,the nylon,viscose and PBT were used to spin the imitation rabbit hair yarn. The yarn was spun with 2 1 tex by setting the reasonable parameters. The yarn feeled smooth. The influence of the twist direction of PBT and the twist direction of the spun yarn on the imitation rabbit yarn was analyzed by the orthogonal test. It was found that the different twist direction between the PBT and the spun yarn was better. Because the fiber was capsuled easily.This way can enhanced the physical and mechanical properties of the yarn. The appearance quality of yarns got improved. Then,the yarn was more in line with the characteristics of imitation rabbit hair yarn.
