混纺比对羊驼绒/苎麻混纺纱线及其织物性能的影响

Effect of blending ratio on properties of alpaca/ramie blended yarn and fabric

为了拓展羊驼绒纺织产品的应用范围,开发了羊驼绒与苎麻混纺纱线及其织物。以羊驼绒/苎麻的混纺比为变量,研究了混纺比对纱线及织物性能的影响规律。结果表明:随着苎麻含量的增加,混纺纱线的断裂强力增加,断裂伸长率下降,混纺纱线的毛羽量先减少后增多;混纺织物的经、纬向断裂强力呈上升的趋势且同种混纺比下,织物的纬向断裂强力均高于经向,织物的经、纬向断裂伸长率均出现下降趋势且织物的纬向断裂伸长率均高于经向,起毛起球性恶化。

In order to expand the application range of alpaca textile products,the alpaca/ramie blended yarn and woven fabric were developed. The alpaca/ramie blending ratio was researched as a variable factor. The effects of blending ratio on the yarn properties and fabric properties were studied.The results showed that,with the increase of ramie,the breaking strength of blended yarn increased,the elongation at break decreased,the hairiness number decreased first and then increased; the warp and weft tensile strength of blended fabric showed the rise trend and under the same blending ratio,the weft breaking strength is higher than in warp,the warp and weft elongation at break showed a downward trend and fabric weft elongation at break were higher than in warp,the pilling performance has been deteriorated.
