摘要
研究了超声波技术在山羊绒清洗中的应用,并明确了超声波对洗绒工艺主要参数的影响。通过实验探讨了超声波洗绒的最佳频率,以及清洗时间、浴比、助剂用量等因素对超声波清洗效果的影响规律,得出超声波技术对去除肤皮有一定作用。结果表明:最佳洗绒频率为25k Hz,和常规洗绒工艺相比较,超声波洗绒可显著提升清洗效率,同时实现节约用水和洗剂,并能有效地去除肤皮。
The application of ultrasonic technology was employed for cashmere cleaning,and the effect of ultrasonic on the main parameters of cashmere cleaning process was studied. The optimum frequency of ultrasonic wave was discussed,and the effect of cleaning time,liquor ratio and dosage of the additive on the cleaning efficiency was also investigated. The results indicated that the ultrasonic technology played a certain role in cashmere dander removal,and the optimum frequency of ultrasonic was 25 k Hz. Compared with the conventional process of cashmere cleaning,the ultrasonic technology could improve the cleaning efficiency,save the water and lotion,as well as remove the cashmere dander effectively.
