摘要
服装缝制过程中,将各层裁片有效固定并在预定位置缉线,是保证各工序缝制质量和缝制效率的关键,也是缝制工艺的两大难点,为了解决这2个难题,参考夹具的设计原理,提出了服装工艺模板的设计要点。为了提高工艺模板的通用性及针对性,在分析服装工艺特征的基础上,编制了服装工艺分类表,明确了各类工艺的要求及难点;针对工艺难点,制定相应的模板设计方案,再以典型工艺为例,详细说明各类模板的设计与使用方法,可以为模板设计人员提供切实有效的帮助。
First of all,this paper illustrated how the template technology addresses the two major obstacles in garment sewing,template fixing efficiency and accuracy. Then the design essentials and core process were explained. Based on the analysis of technical characteristics and requirements,a general classification of garment technology was developed. Finally,to address these technical difficulties,this paper illustrated the design methods of templates and showed detailed examples of how to use various templates with schematic diagram of the finished product, which is helpful for garment template designers.
