碳纤维编织机携纱锭子编织过程纱线张力分析 被引量:5

摘要 在介绍碳纤维编织机携纱锭子组成的基础上,分析纱线传输路径,建立纱线的动力学方程。利用MATLAB软件求解,得到携纱锭子纱线张力的变化曲线,分析影响纱线张力的因素,为优化设计携纱锭子提供理论依据。由于碳纤维具有质量轻、抗拉强度高、耐腐蚀和耐冲击等优点,被广泛应用于各行各业。碳纤维编织机是将碳纤维编织成复合材料预成型体的装备,携纱锭子是碳纤维编织机的末端执行件,其作用是携带纱线、使纱线以一定张力进行编织。纱线张力直接影响预成型体编织的质量,因此,对携纱锭子进行张力分析十分必要。 This article analyzed the composition of the yarn carrier of carbon fiber and the path of the yarn; then analyzed the transmission process of yarn,established the dynamic equations of the yarn,using the MATLAB software to solve out and get the yarn tension curves; Finally analyzed the influencing factors of yarn tension,and provided a theoretical reference for the design of the carrier yarn. For carbon fiber has many advantages,such as light weight,high tensile strength,corrosion resistance and impact resistance and has been widely used in all walks of life. Carbon fiber braiding machine was a device that woven carbon fiber into the preformed body of composite material. Yarn carrier as the end member of carbon fiber braiding,whose role was to carrier yarn and make yarn obtain a certain tension to wove.Yarn tension directly affects the braiding quality of the preformed body,therefore,an analysis of the yarn carrier was very necessary.
