摘要
农业生产全程社会化服务体系建设,对于创新农业经营机制、推进农业现代化具有重要意义。文章以凤阳县为例,总结了当地农业生产全程社会化服务体系建设的基本做法和主要成效,在分析经验及启示的基础上,提出了强化政策引导、加强科技支撑、拓展服务内容、集聚资源要素等相关政策建议,以期为进一步推进农业生产全程社会化服务体系建设工作提供参考。
The construction of agricultural socialized service system is significant for innovating agricultural operation mechanism and promoting development of agriculture modernization. Taking Fengyang County as a case, the main methods and achievements on the construction of agricultural socialized service system were summarized in the paper. Based on analysis of experiences and enlightenments, policy suggestions were put forward in order to provide references for further promoting the construction of agricultural socialized service system, such as strengthening the policy guidance, intensifying scientific and technological support, expanding service content, clustering resource elements, etc.
