沈阳枢纽高速与普速共用咽喉行车组织方案优化研究 被引量:4

摘要 受站场条件制约,沈阳枢纽高速与普速列车接发车进路存在交叉影响,当发生自然灾害、设备故障等列车晚点时,即会因进路交叉或到发线紧张导致列车不能按图定时间接发的问题。为此,在阐述沈阳枢纽主要特点的基础上,针对目前沈阳枢纽高速与普速共用咽喉存在的CTC系统下达阶段计划时不能判断进路交叉抵触、枢纽列车进路交叉抵触靠人工判断存在困难、进路交叉抵触发生后临时变更计划等问题,提出优化沈阳枢纽高速与普速共用咽喉行车组织方案,即:梳理枢纽地区存在交叉关系的列车进路、查定各等级列车占用进路时间标准、研发枢纽进路交叉辅助判断系统、将枢纽进路交叉判断功能纳入CTC系统,以提高铁路信息化保安全能力。 Due to limited conditions at Shenyang Railway Hub, high-speed and general trains share the same track when they arrive and depart the station. This fact has brought delays during the reception and departure of the trains. The situation is particularly worse under extreme conditions, such as adverse weather or equipment failure. This paper identifies three problems associated with the throat shared by high-speed and general trains: 1. The CTC system fails to identify different trains at the crossing of routes when assigning stage plans. 2. Manual operation proves hard to identify different trains at the crossing either. 3. The original plans have to be changed temporarily when trains arrive or leave the crossing. In order to ensure railway safety by eliminating the problems, this paper proposes an optimized operation plan that includes the following aspects. 1. It investigates the train routes at the railway junctions. 2. It determines the standard time different trains have to take when they enter and leave the station. 3. It develops a support system to monitor the crossings of train routes. 4. It integrates the system with the CTC system.
