摘要
集装箱运输是铁路运输的重要发展方向之一,面向客户需求的铁路集装箱多式联运路径优化,是提高铁路集装箱运输效益和客户满意度的重要手段。在考虑模糊运输时限时间窗的基础上,以运输费用最小、客户满意度最高为优化目标,构建多式联运路径优化问题的线性规划模型,并采用分支定界法,应用商用数学软件Lingo 11.0对模型进行求解。最后,采用算例分析,验证数学模型求解多式联运路径优化问题的有效性,为优化铁路集装箱多式联运运营成本、提升服务质量提供借鉴。
Containerization is regarded as one of the important directions of the railway transport development. Improving custom-tailored routes in the multimodal transport not only benefits the carriers, but also proves to be vital in achieving customer satisfaction. Considering the fuzzy constraints with time windows, this paper proposes a linear programming model to optimize vehicle routing in multimodal transport. The Branch-and-Bound method is applied by Lingo 11.0, software, which is for commercial mathematics, to meet the targets of lowering the cost and achieving customer satisfaction. With analyses on examples, the paper verifies that the mathematical model is effective in optimizing vehicle routing in multimodal transport. The findings are expected to serve as the reference points for lowering the cost and improving the service in the industry.
