摘要
为确保成都站改造期间成都铁路枢纽运输组织安全有序,结合成都站改扩建工程难点及重点,分析研究车站全封闭施工和半封闭施工2种运输组织过渡方案。通过对2个方案优缺点的分析比较,考虑确保客运组织绝对安全的实际需要,建议采用全封闭运输组织过渡方案,同时提出强化组织领导、落实运输组织过渡方案、强化枢纽施工管理、实施分流扩能措施、完善地方公共交通配套等运输组织过渡方案对策,确保成都站改扩建运输行车安全。
To maintain smooth and safe operations during the station's renovation, this paper analyzes two transitional plans,which area fully-closed and a semi-closed plan. With a comparison and contrast between the two, it proposes the fully-closed approach in order to ensure the absolute safety of passenger transport. This paper also introduces a series of measures for the implementation of the plan, including strengthening organizational leadership, improving management, taking traffic diversion and capacity expansion measures, and upgrading the rapid transit system that integrates the station with other public transports.
