摘要
化工油品罐区的安全是近年来石油化工行业关注的焦点。以某罐区为例,从工程设计角度,探讨了罐区几类与安全相关的联锁控制方案。按照罐区联锁控制方案的原则,并根据罐区联锁回路安全完整性等级评定的结果,合理地将联锁回路设置在SIS、DCS中。通过逻辑框图的形式,简单地比较了联锁控制方案在SIS、DCS中的不同配置,从而安全实现生产操作及要求,便于生产企业日常的安全生产管理,减少罐区安全事故的发生。
Safety on chemical oil tank farm is the focus for petrochemical industry in recent years. Taking a tank farm as an example, several kinds of interlock control scheme for safety related are discussed from the perspective of engineering design.Based on principle of interlock control scheme of the tank farm and results of SIL of tank farm interlock loops, the interlock loops are set up in SIS and DCS reasonably. Through logic block diagram, different configurations of interlock control scheme in SIS and DCS are compared simply. Production operation and requirements are realized safely. Daily safety production management of enterprise is facilitated. The occurrence of safety accidents in tank farm is reduced.
