摘要
针对水煤浆气化工艺对煤浆循环管线性能的要求,研制了一种新型节流装置,采用特殊材质与新型文丘里喉部结构。重点介绍了煤浆循环管道系统工艺过程和管道设计、节流装置的选型设计、节流装置的结构组成、工作原理及工程实践效果。实际应用表明:该创新的文丘里节流装置性能稳定可靠,满足了煤浆回流管道降压需要,延长了装置检修周期,同时降低了设备的采购成本。
Focusing on requirement of circulation pipe performance for water-coal slurry gasification, a new Venturi throttling device has been developed with a special material and novel Venturi laryngeal structure. Process and pipe design for water-coal slurry circulation pipeline system, type selection design, structure composition, working principles, practice effect of throttling device are stressed. The practical application indicates the new Venturi throttling device runs stably and reliably. The requirement of depressurization for reflux line of water-coal slurry is met. Overhaul period of devices is prolonged. Equipment procurement costs is reduced.
