摘要
应用非平衡闭合场磁控溅射技术,在滚动轴承接触表面制备出不同工艺参数的铬掺杂碳涂层,对铬掺杂碳涂层轴承的速度、振动、温升、自润滑及断油等性能进行了测试,对比分析了不同工艺参数铬掺杂碳涂层对轴承性能的影响。研究结果表明,该涂层不适合用于低速运转的轴承,中低速运转的轴承应选择碳含量较大的涂层,中高速运转的轴承应适当增加涂层中铬元素的含量;铬元素含量的适当增加可以提高涂层轴承的温升性能、抗温变性能和自润滑性能;该涂层轴承有良好的断油性能。
Cr doped C coatings with different process parameters were prepared on the contact surface of the rolling bearing parts by the closed field unbalanced magnetron sputtering technique. And the performances of the coating bearing, such as speed, vibration ,temperature rise, self lubrication and oil-off,were tested. And the effect of different processing parameters on the performance of the coating bearing was compared and analyzed. The results show that, the coating is not suitable for low speed operation of the bearing, the medium-low speed running of the bearing should be chosen for the composite coating of a large carbon element content, and the medium-high speed running of the bearing should be chosen for the composite coating of the large content of chromium element. And that the coating, increased content of chromium element, can improve the temperature rise, the temperature resistance and self lubrication of the composite coating bearing. And the coating bearing has good oil-off performance.
