摘要
为准确诊断轴向柱塞泵故障,避免因负载工况变化导致的虚警误判,提出多特征参量阈值自适应故障诊断方法。研究了该方法特征参量的选取、阈值区间的确定及变载工况下阈值自适应计算,定性地分析了该型柱塞泵的振动特性及故障机理,揭示了柱塞泵主要故障模式下的振动信号特征规律,实验结果表明,阈值自适应故障诊断方法能准确检测变负载工况下的柱塞泵配流盘磨损故障,为开展轴向柱塞泵可靠性评估及故障诊断研究提供了重要的理论依据。
In order to diagnose the fault of axial piston pump and avoid the false alarm caused by the change of load condition, the adaptive fault diagnosis method based on multi characteristic parameters is proposed. Study the method of feature parameters se- lection, threshold interval determined, load under the condition of adaptive threshold computation, qualitative analysis the type pis- ton pump vibration characteristics and fault mechanism, reveals the plunger pump main fault modes of vibration signal characteris- tics, experimental results show, threshold adaptive fault diagnosis method can accurately detect the variable load conditions of piston pump port plate wear fault, provide an important theoretical basis for the development of axial piston pump reliability evaluation and fault diagnosis research.
