导弹产品设计知识的表示与重用技术研究

摘要 针对产品零/部件的设计大多基于以往成功的设计经验,研究了设计知识的合理组织和重用技术,提出一种基于实例推理的设计知识重用方法。首先,在基于实例检索各属性相似度的计算研究中,提出了属性类型为精确集和模糊集的混合相似度计算模型;其次,在研究属性权重系数中,为克服单一权重的弊端,兼顾了主观权重和客观权重的属性;最后,在全局相似度计算中综合应用了组合权重法和混合相似度计算法。通过导弹产品的设计案例,验证了所提出的混合相似度计算模型和权重系数计算方法的可行性和精确性。 Design history is helpful in product structure design. It studies the representation and reuse of product design knowl- edge, and presents a case-based knowledge reuse method in structure design of product components. First, according to the re- search based on the different attributes of similarity calculation in the case retrieval, the hybrid similarity calculation models for crisp and fuzzy attribute type demands are structured. Then, in the study of the weight coefficients, the objective and subjective weights methods are integrated, which overcomes the limitations of a single weighting method. Subsequently, the global similarity was established by combining the hybrid similarity measure and the synthesis weight method. Finally, a case study of the missile is introduced to illustrate the use of the proposed method. The results show that the hybrid similarity and the distribution of weight coefficients could improve the accuracy and reliability of case retrieval.
