Experimental Research on Performance of a New Type Waterproof Modified Asphalt Concrete S-MAP5

摘要 为研究一种新型防水密实性改性沥青混凝土S-MAP5的性能,采用高黏、高弹及高黏弹改性沥青拌和S-MAP 5沥青混合料,通过混合料体积指标测定以及渗水试验、冻融劈裂试验、车辙试验、低温弯曲等试验对其性能进行了对比;结合已有浇筑式沥青混凝土GA及环氧沥青混凝土EAC的研究资料,比较了GA、EAC、S-MAP5等3种沥青混凝土路用性能差异。结果表明,3种S-MAP5混合料的防水、抗水损坏性能接近,但当采用高黏弹改性沥青时,其高温抗变形、低温抗开裂等性能明显优于采用高黏及高弹改性沥青;高黏弹改性沥青S-MAP5的高温抗变形性能优于GA,略劣于ECA,其低温抗开裂性能优于GA及EAC。 In order to study the performance of a new type of waterproof and dense modified asphalt concrete S-MAP5,the performance of S-MAP5 asphalt mixture with high viscosity, high elasticity and high viscosity-elastic modified asphalt are compared by tests of the mixture volumetric parameters, water seepage, freeze-thaw splitting, rutting in high temperature and bending in low temperature. Based on the research data of pouring asphalt concrete GA and epoxy asphalt concrete EAC, the pavement performance of three types of asphalt concrete such as GA, EAC and S-MAP5 are compared. The results show that the performances of waterproof and resistance to water damage of the three types S-MAP5 mixtures are similar, but the anti-distortion performance in high temperature and anti-cracking performance in low temperature of S-MAP5 with high viscosity-elastic modified asphalt are better than those with high viscosity and high elasticity modified asphalt; and the anti-distortion performance in high temperature of high viscosity-elastic modified asphalt S-MAP5 is better than that of GA, which is slightly inferior to ECA, and its anti-cracking performance in low temperature is better than GA and EAC.
