摘要
目的:分析亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者血脂与C反应蛋白(CRP)变化情况,并探讨其与促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平的相关性。方法:选取150例亚临床甲状腺功能减退症患者,根据TSH水平将其分为轻度、中度、重度3组,每组各50例,同时选取健康体检者50例作为对照组,观察4组患者TSH、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C及CRP水平变化情况,并分析血脂、CRP与TSH水平之间的相关性。结果:亚临床甲减各亚组TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、CRP水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);中、重度组TC、TG、LDL-C、CRP水平明显高于轻度组(P<0.05),且重度组水平明显高于中度组(P<0.05);经Pearson相关性分析,TC、TG、LDL-C、CRP和TSH水平呈明显正相关(P<0.05),HDL-C和TSH水平无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:亚临床甲状腺功能减退症患者血脂和CRP水平异常升高,且随着病情进展逐渐升高,与TSH水平密切相关。
Objective: To analyze the changes of serum lipids and C reactive protein (CRP) in patients with subclinical hypothyroidism,and to explore the correlation between the level of thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) and blood lipids.Methods: A total of 150 patients with subclinical hypothyroidism were included in the study and divided into the mild group,moderate group,and severe group according to TSH level, with 50 cases in each group; meanwhile,50 healthy individuals were served as the control group.The changes of the levels of TSH,serum lipid indicators(TC,TG, HDL-C, LDL-C) and CRP in the four groups were observed.The correlation of serum lipid,CRP and TSH was analyzed.Results: The levels of TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C and CRP in the subclinical hypothyroidism subgroups were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05).The levels of TC, TG, LDL-C and CRP in the moderate group and severe group were significantly higher than those in the mild group (P〈0.05), and those in the severe group was significantly higher than those in the moderate group(P〈0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that TC, TG, LDL- C and CRP were positively correlated with TSH level (P〈0.05),while the HDL-C had no correlation with TSH level (P〉0.05).Conclusion: The levels of serum lipid and CRP are abnormally elevated in patients with subclinical hypothyroidism, and are gradually increased along with the disease progression,which is closely associated with TSH level.
