腹腔循环热灌注联合化疗治疗晚期胃癌的临床研究

Clinical Study of Intraperitoneal Circulation Heat Perfusion Combined with Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的:探析腹腔循环热灌注联合化疗治疗晚期胃癌的临床效果。方法:选取某院2014年12月~2015年12月所收治的102例晚期胃癌患者为本次研究对象,以随机法将其分为对照组及观察组,其中对照组51例实施常规化疗,观察组51例实施腹腔循环热灌注加化疗,对两组患者临床治疗效果进行对比。结果:在临床治疗总有效率上,观察组显著高于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在生活质量改善程度上,观察组显著优于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在不良反应发生率上,观察组与对照组之间无较大差异(P>0.05)。结论:通过为晚期胃癌患者实施腹腔循环热灌注+化疗的方式进行治疗,能有效提高其治疗效果,改善患者生活质量。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of intraperitoneal circulation heat perfusion combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods： 102 cases of patients with advanced gastric cancer treated in a hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random methods. 51 cases in the control group were given standard chemotherapy,and the other 51 case in the observation group were treated with intraperitoneal heat perfusion and chemotherapy.The clinical therapeutic effects of two groups of patients were compared.Results：In the total effective rate of clinical treatment, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, intraperitoneal perfusion combined with chemotherapy prove the quality of life of the patients. can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and improve the quality of life of the patients.
