桃红四物汤治疗经期延长的临床研究

Clinical study of Taohong Siwu Decoction in the Treatment of Prolonged Menstrual Period

目的:分析桃红四物汤治疗经期延长的临床疗效。方法:研究对象选取某院2014年5月~2015年4月收治的88例经期延长患者,应用随机数表法将患者分为研究组和对照组各44例。对照组应用黄体酮胶囊口服治疗,研究组患者使用桃红四物汤治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效和安全性结果进行观察对比。结果:研究组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,对比组间差异结果显著(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生率差异较小,结果无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:桃红四物汤治疗经期延长的疗效确切且安全性高,有进一步研究和推广的价值。

Objective： To analyze the clinical dfect of Taohong Siwu decoction in the treatment of prolonged menstrual period.Methods：88 patients with prolonged menstrual period treated in a hospital from May 2014 to April 2015 were selected and divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 44 patients in each group. The oral administration of progesterone capsules were used in the control group,and the patients in the study group were treated with Taohong Siwu decoction,then the clinical efficacy and safety of two groups of patients were observed and compared.Results：The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P 〉0.05）. Conclusion. Taohong Siwu decoction is effective and safe in the treatment of prolonged menstrual period, which has the value of further research and popularization.
