护理干预在口腔颌面损伤患者中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of Application Effect of Nursing Intervention in Patients with Oral and Maxillofacial Injury

目的:评价护理干预在口腔颌面损伤患者中的应用效果。方法:选择某院收治的78例口腔颌面损伤患者作为研究对象,将患者按照随机分组方式分为观察组与对照组,每组39例,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予护理干预,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者经护理干预后疗效优良率为98.4%,明显高于对照组患者的82.1%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:有效的护理干预能够提高口腔颌面损伤患者的临床治疗效果,可在临床推广应用。

Objective：To evaluate the effect of nursing intervention in patients with oral and maxillofacial injury.Methods：78 cases of patients with oral and maxillofacial injury in a hospital were selected as the research object and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group were given routine nursing care, and the patients in the observation group were given nursing intervention,then the clinical curative effect of two groups was compared.Results： After the nursing intervention,the excellent and good rate of the observation group was 98.4%,which was significantly higher than 82.1% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Effective nursing intervention can improve the clinical effect of patients with oral and maxillofacial trauma,and can be popularized in clinical application.
