优质护理在消化内科管理中的应用效果研究

Application Effect of High Quality Nursing in Digestive Internal Medicine Management

目的:在消化内科管理中应用优质护理干预,研究应用效果。方法:利用自愿参与原则自某院消化内科2015年8月~2016年8月期间所收治的患者中选取48例参与本次探究,利用抽签法均分所有患者,分别为研究组和参照组,每组内患者例数均为24例。在参照组患者护理过程中应用常规护理干预,在研究组患者护理过程中应用优质护理干预,对比分析两组患者经过不同护理干预后的组间数据。结果:经过不同护理干预后,研究组患者的平均住院时间、护理满意度、护理质量评分、焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪均显著性更优于参照组,差异较为显著,P<0.05,存在统计学意义。结论:在消化内科管理中应用优质护理干预的应用效果较为理想,可显著提升患者护理满意度以及缩短患者平均住院时间,有效缓解患者的焦虑情绪和抑郁情绪,值得临床上推广。

Objective：To research the application effect of high quality nursing intervention in digestive internal medicine management.Methods.48 patients were enrolled in this study from August 2015 to August 2016,using the voluntary participation principle. All patients were divided into study group and reference group by means of lottery method,with 24 cases in each group.The patients in the reference group were given routine nursing intervention during the nursing process, and the high quality nursing intervention was applied in the study group.The data of the two groups after intervention were compared and analyzed.Results： After the intervention, the average hospital stay, nursing satisfaction, nursing quality score, anxiety and depression in the study group were significantly better than those in the reference group, the difference was significant, with statistical significance （P^0.05）. Conclusion： The application of quality nursing intervention in digestive medicine management is ideal,which can significantly improve the patient＇s nursing satisfaction, shorten the average hospital stay, alleviate the anxiety and depression of the patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
