军工电子装备是为国防建设服务的重要保障,是战场致胜的法宝之一,历来受到各国政府和军队的高度重视。军工电子装备的质量直接涉及战争的胜负,也涉及战斗人员的生命安全。因此,在研发新的武器装备时,必须确保装备在有效的质量控制之下循序进行,为此,有必要科学合理的划分研发阶段,并明确各阶段工作程序和控制要求。

Military electronic equipment is an important guarantee for national defense and a magic weapon for victory on the battlefield and attracts great attention of the governments and armies of all countries.The quality of military electronic equipment has a direct bearing on the outcome of the war and the life safety of soldiers.Therefore,during R＆D of new weapon equipment, effective quality control must be ensured.It is necessary to divide R＆D stages in a scientific and reasonable way and define the working procedures and control requirements in every stage.
