耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌生物膜体外模型的构建及其成膜规律 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过体外构建耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)生物膜,探究MRSA生物膜成膜规律,旨在为MRSA生物膜感染治疗的研究提供可行性依据。方法收集临床MRSA菌株,微孔板法建立体外生物膜模型,通过结晶紫染色半定量法筛选出产膜能力最强的菌株,该菌株即为实验菌株;导片法体外培养MRSA,在加入菌液后的1、12、24、48、72、84、96 h 7个时间段随机样进行漂洗、固定,结晶紫染色后高倍镜下观察。结果 MRSA29213菌株产膜能力最强;体外MRSA生物膜在培养72 h后面积最大,膜内细菌密度最大。结论 MRSA生物膜体外培养72 h达到成熟。
