摘要
采用半连续种子乳液聚合法制备了含氟聚丙烯酸酯乳液整理剂,并将其应用于亚麻织物的整理。通过分析织物断裂强力、透气性、弯曲刚度、动/静摩擦因数和织物对水接触角等指标,得出最佳整理工艺条件。结果表明:当含氟整理剂质量浓度为90 g/L、交联剂质量分数为2.5%、预烘温度为80℃、焙烘温度为160℃时,亚麻织物的综合整理性能和拒水效果最佳。
A finishing agent of fluorinated polyacrylate emulsion is prepared by semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization and then is applied to flax finishing. Through analyzing the breaking strength, air permeability rate, bending rigidity, static frictioh coefficient, coefficient of kinetic friction and water contact angle of the fabric, the optimum finistfing process is obtained. The results indicate that the integrated application properties are excellent when the finishing liquid concentration is 90 g/L, crosslinking agent is 2.5% (mass percentage of finishing agent) , and pre-drying and curing temperature are 80℃ and 160℃ respectively.
