摘要
开发了一种棉/锦交织纬弹凸条织物。采用低特棉单纱与棉股线相错配置,中间嵌有彩色装饰丝,纬纱采用锦纶高弹丝,经纱采用平纹为基础组织,斜纹及缎纹为凸条组织进行合理组合;色彩为深浅搭配,并配有3种不同色彩的亮丝作点缀;在纱线漂染、前织准备、织造及后整理等关键工序采取相应技术措施。织制的产品风格独特,手感舒适,色泽亮丽。
The cotton/nylon interweave weft elastic strip fabric is developed. The low special cotton yarn and cotton yarn are staggered configured, which is embedded with color decorative filament, nylon DTY as weft. In the respect of organization structure as the.foundation, plain twill and satin is used for a reasonable combination of color collocation ; there is a shallow depth equipped with three different colors of bright filament decorated. In the yarn bleaching and dyeing, preparation before weaving, weaving and finishing process, appropriate technical measures are taken to ensure the successful development of products.
