摘要
针对三聚氰胺纤维后道应用研究较少的问题,在了解三聚氰胺纤维的相关特性后,根据其性能特点,对其后道产品进行设计与开发。选择湿法成网的方式,进行了三聚氰胺纤维毡的设计与小样制备实验,设计了3种不同的纤维毡来对比其成形效果,选择聚氧化乙烯、丁苯胶乳、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺作为分散剂、黏结剂和助留助滤剂。由实验结果可知,三聚氰胺纤维在水中的分散性好,其纤维毡的成形均匀度较好,制备过程也较简单,通过对比可发现,定量越大,其成形效果越好。同时对产品进行透气性、阻燃性和强力测试,结果表明三聚氰胺纤维毡的透气性好,阻燃效果与芳纶和聚酰亚胺接近,但强力相对较低。
Aiming at the problem of less research on the application of melamine fiber,according to the performance characteristics of melamine fibers,the product of melamine fibers was designed and developed after learning its related properties.The wet laying mode was chosen,and the design of melamine fiber felt and its sample preparation were carried out.Then,three kinds of fiber felt with different quantities were designed.Polyethylene oxide,styrene-butadiene latex and cationic polyacrylamide were selected as dispersant,binder and retention aid.Results show that the melamine fiber has good dispersivity in water and good forming uniformity of fiber felt.And the preparation process is also simple.By comparison,it can be found that the larger quantity of fiber felt,the better the forming effect.The air permeability,flame retardancy and strength of the product were also tested.The results show that the melamine fiber felt has good air permeability,and its flame retardant is close to that of aramid fiber and polyimide,but its strength is low.
