摘要
为改善淀粉浆料在经纱上浆中的使用效果,以3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵和3-氯-2-羟丙基磺酸钠为醚化剂,通过改变2种醚化剂对酸解玉米淀粉的用量,制备了一系列具有不同总取代度的电中性双重醚化淀粉浆料(EDES),使用傅里叶变换红外光谱对EDES进行结构分析,并以浆膜的断裂伸长率、断裂强度、结晶度及淀粉的膨胀度指标,考察了双重醚化变性对淀粉浆膜性能的影响。结果表明:这种双重醚化变性使淀粉膜的结晶度得到了降低,淀粉的膨胀度得到了提高,断裂伸长率由醚化变性前的2.15%提高到变性后的3.32%,而断裂强度由变性前的28.5 MPa降低到变性后的24.9 MPa。
In order to promote the application effect of starch in warp sizing,a series of electroneutral double-etherified corn starch(EDES) with different modification levels were prepared by varying the feed ratios of etherifying agents(N-(3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl) trimethylammonium chloride(CHPTAC) and 3-chloro-2-hydroxy-1-propanesulfonic acid sodium salt(CHPS-Na)) to acid-hydrolyzed corn starch.The structure of EDES was characterized by Fourier transform infrared analysis.The influence of the double etherification on film properties was investigated in terms of breaking elongation,tensile strength,and degree of crystallinity of the films,as well as degree of swelling of starch.The results show that the double etherification can reduce the degree of crystallinity of the films,and increase the degree of swelling.The elongation of the films increases from 2.15% before modification to 3.32% after modification,and tensile strength decreases from 28.5 MPa to 24.9 MPa.
