民族地区旅游业精准扶贫的两个关键问题及对策研究

Research on Two Key Issues On Tourism-based Precise Poverty Alleviation and Its Countermeasures

我国十三五规划明确提出精准扶贫战略,其中民族地区是扶贫攻坚重点区域。民族地区旅游资源独特而富集,旅游精准扶贫可以成为其精准扶贫的重要路径,体现了扶贫理念的转变和扶贫模式的创新,能够实现脱贫致富的可持续发展。在旅游精准扶贫中,旅游业开发有效性和旅游扶贫对象精准化是同等重要的两个关键问题,有效的旅游业开发是途径,精准于贫困人口是方向,最终实现扶贫目标。

In China＇s thirteen five plan, precise poverty alleviation strategy was clearly put forward, in which minority areas were most important areas. There are rich and special tourism resources in minority areas and tourism-based precise poverty alleviation could be a very important route to alleviate povery which reflects the innovation of the concept and model and may achieve the sustainable development of poverty alleviation. In tourism-based precise poverty alleviation, the effectiveness of tourism development and the precise objects of tourism-based poverty alleviation are two equally important issues. Effective tourism development is the method, the poor population is the direction and poverty alleviation is the goal.
