土家语保护研究——基于重庆市酉阳县田野调查

Research on the Protection of Tujia Language:Based on the Field Survey in Youyang County of Chongqing

土家语是我国非物质文化遗产的一部分,目前处于濒危状态,需要进行抢救性保护。通过田野调查,发现土家语在近几十年消失迅速,在语言保护方面存在法律法规不完善、各部门缺乏统一管理、专业人员匮乏等问题。根据非物质文化遗产保护的基本方式和原则,结合田野调查的实际情况,提出制定语言保护条例和措施,政府、学界和社区协同工作,整合部门资源,建立传统文化示范村,开展土家语双语教育,抢救性语言记录等土家语保护策略建议。

Tujia language is a part of China＇s intangible cultural heritage, and is currently in danger. Through the field investigation of Youyang County, Chongqing, the Tujia language has been disappearing quickly in the past few decades.There are many problems in Tujia language protection work, such as imperfect laws and regulations, lack of unified management, lack of professional personnel, and so on. According to the basic methods and principles of the protection of intangible cultural heritage, combining with the actual situation found in field investigation, this paper puts forward suggestions about the measures to protect the Tujia language, namely, forming regulations and measures of protection of language,teamwork of government, community and academics, bilingual education, rescue work with language record, and so on.
