摘要
介绍翻转内衬技术修复老旧燃气管道的原理和优势、在国内的应用现状、国内外相关标准及认证情况。以北京市某段设计压力为1.0 MPa、运行压力为0.8 MPa的次高压B燃气管道为试验管段,选取德国某公司生产的承压能力(修复后燃气管道的运行压力)为1.2 MPa的翻转内衬材料,进行翻转内衬技术修复试验。进行修复前母管评估、材料孔洞爆破试验、管道强度试验、样管剥离试验、连续变压试验以及修复后试运行,结果均合格,表明承压能力为1.2 MPa的翻转内衬技术适用于老旧燃气管道修复。展望翻转内衬技术修复老旧燃气管道的发展前景。
The principle and advantages of cured-in-place pipe technology to rehabilitate the old gas pipeline, the domestic application status, the relat- ed standards at home and abroad and the certification situation are introduced. All the results are qualified, which show that the cured-in-place pipe technology with 1.2 MPa pressure capacity is suitable for the reha- bilitation of old gas pipeline. The development pros-pects of cured-in-place pipe technology to rehabilitate the old gas pipeline are forecasted.
