The report of the 19th National Congress of the CPC made the scientific judgment in that the socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era and the principal contradiction facing Chinese Society has also changed,deepening the understanding of the law of development of the socialism with Chinese characteristics and innovating the theoretical achievement in adapting Marxism to the Chinese context.Therefore,we should profoundly understand the historical evolution of the major social contradiction since the founding of the People＇s Republic of China,correctly understand the basis,scientific connotations,new requirements,historical position,and the significance of new judgement of evolution of the principal contradiction facing Chinese Society.It is of great significance to accurately understand and grasp the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the CPC and to scientifically master the ideology of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era of Xi Jinping.
