摘要
为了推广TVO碳陶瓷电阻温度计在低温测量领域的使用,通过文献调研的方式,研究TVO传感器的性质,着重研究了TVO的结构、标定、使用、性质以及其在恶劣环境如强磁场和强辐射下的性能。研究表明,TVO作为一款温度计,在低温温区具有灵敏度高、长期稳定性好、响应时间短、在恶劣工作环境中可靠性高及价格便宜等特点,值得引起业内的关注。
In order to promote the application of TVOs (Carbon Ceramic Sensors(CCS) ) at low temperature measurement,the characteristics of TVOs were investigated based on literature review. The structure, calibration,utility,characteristics and performance of TVOs under harsh working environments such as high mag- netic fields and gamma radiation were studied thoroughly. The results show that TVOs are good thermometers at low temperature due to the high sensitivity, long-term stability, short response time, and high reliability in harsh working environments as well as cheap price,which is worth the attention of the cryogenics research.
