采编工作一体化趋势下中文图书采编工作的变革

Reform of Acquisition and Cataloging Work of Chinese Books under Trends of Integration

为防范因信息不对称给采编工作带来的风险,促进采编业务流程的规范化管理,图书馆间应积极推进采编业务的信息共享,提高中文图书采购质量和工作效率,进而提升馆藏质量水平。结合中国高等教育文献保障系统管理中心召开的"CALIS采编一体化工作研讨会",深入探讨分析采编工作一体化可能会给中文图书采访和编目工作带来的影响,即带动中文图书采访模式、纸电协调发展的馆藏建设原则、编目数据质量控制标准、业务工作岗位设置等多方面的变革。图书馆应根据自身特点主动应对,使传统的采编业务在新的历史环境下焕发生机。

In order to prevent the risk of the acquisition and cataloging work by information asymmetry,and promote the standardization of the acquisition and cataloging processes,the library should actively promote the sharing of information in acquisition and cataloging,improve the quality and efficiency of Chinese book procurement,so as to raise the collection quality. Based on ＂CALIS Integration of Acquisition and Cataloging Conference＂held by China Academic Library Infornation System,the impact of integration of acquisition and cataloging on the Chinese book is deeply discussed and analyzed as below. The integration of acquisition and cataloging is a new trend in the construction of library literature resources,which will lead to the development of Chinese book interview mode,the renovation in the principle of collection paper and electronic resources,the quality control standard of cataloging data,and the setting of jobs. The library should take measures positively to make the traditional acquisition and cataloging renewed under the new historical environment based on their own characteristics.
