炙甘草汤用于治疗心病、肺疾病的研究进展

Research Progress on the Application of Zhigancao Decoction in the Treatment of Heart Disease and Lung Disease

查阅近5年来,关于炙甘草汤的文献,综述炙甘草汤在治疗阴血阳气虚弱、心脉失养的药效学实验和临床应用情况,以及阐述其治疗虚劳肺痿等肺部疾病的理论基础。炙甘草汤现代应用不仅局限于治疗心病和肺病,也可应用于肾病、失眠、低血压、月经失调、痛经以及缓解化疗后患者的胃肠道反应等。本文以期为现代医药对炙甘草汤的研究深入,和体现出更多的临床应用价值提供参考。

In this paper, through consult literatures about Zhigancao decoction in the past 5 years, we reviewed Zhigancao decoction in the treatment of yin blood and yang qi deficiency, the effect of heart pulse dystrophy in experimental and clinical applications, as well as explained the treatment of consumptive such as the theoretical basis of attending lung diseases, in order to study the modem medicine of Zhigancao decoction in depth, and reflects more clinical value for reference.
