中医治疗神经根型颈椎病32例的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Tradition Chinese Medicinein the Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy for 32 Cases

目的探讨中医治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果。方法选取2016年6月—2017年6月来我院治疗神经根性颈椎病患者64例,将其按照随机平均分配的原则,将其分为实验组和对照组,对照组患者进行西医规范治疗,实验组患者进行中医治疗。治疗结束后,对两组治疗效果进行比较。结果对照组的治疗有效率为65.63%,实验组治疗有效率为90.63%。对比两组治疗有效率,可发现实验组治疗有效率明显高于对照组。除此之外,实验组患者的主观积分、客观积分明显高于对照组,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论中医在治疗神经根型颈椎病有良好的疗效,值得进一步推广,并需进一步深入研究。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of tradition Chinese medicine in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Method 64patients with cervical spondylotic radicutopathy from March 2016 to March 2017 in our hospital were selected. According to the principle of random average, they were divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment, and the experimental group was given therapy of TCM. After treatment,the curative effect of two groups was compared. Result The effective rate of the eontrol group was 65.63% , and the effective rate of the experimental group was 90. 63%. After comparison, the effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group. In addition,the subjeetive and objective integral in the experimental group were higher than those in the control groupP 〈 0.05, and there was statistical significance. Conclusion The tradition Chinese medicine in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radieulopathy has better clinical effect. It is worthy of further promotion, and need further study.
