加味桂甘龙牡汤治疗心悸患者的临床观察

Clinical observation on Modified Guigan Longmu Decoction in Treating Palpitation

目的研究探讨加味桂甘龙牡汤治疗心悸患者的临床效果。方法选择2015年12月—2016年12月在我院住院治疗的心悸患者80例作为本次实验的对象,将所选取的患者随机分为两组,即对照组和观察组,两组患者均为40例,对照组采用常规的西医治疗方法进行治疗,观察组采取加味桂甘龙牡汤进行治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果以及治疗后患者生活质量的评分变化。结果观察组采取加味桂甘龙牡汤进行治疗后,取得的治疗效果显著,而且生活质量的评分明显的比对照组采取西医治疗的要好,两组相比较,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论对于心悸的患者,采取加味桂甘龙牡汤进行治疗,不但治疗效果显著,而且还有利于提高患者的生活质量,为今后心悸患者的治疗提供了比较有意义的参考价值,值得在临床治疗过程中应用。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Modified Guigan Longmu decoction in the treatment of palpitations. Methods 80 patients of palpitations from December 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital were selected as the objects. The selected patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with the traditional Western medicine treatment. The treatment group was treated with the modified GuigongLongmu decoction. The therapeutic effect and the scores of the quality of life of the patients were observed. Results After treatment, the quality of life of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion For the patients with palpitations, Modified Guigan Longmu decoction not only has significantly therapeutic effect, but also is beneficial to improve the quality of life of patients. It provided a meaningful reference value for the treatment of palpitations in the future. It is worthy of application in the clinical course of treatment.
