慢性肺源性心脏病中医辨证论治临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease Based on Syndrome Differentiation

目的分析研究中医辨证论治对慢性肺源性心脏病患者的临床效果。方法对我院收治的70例慢性肺心病患者进行随机分组研究,按照随机双盲法均分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组患者实施临床西医治疗,观察组患者实施中医辨证治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者临床治疗有效率为94.3%(33/35),对照组为71.4%(25/35),两组组间差异均具有统计学意义(χ2=6.44;P<0.05);经治疗后,观察组患者中医症状积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组患者治疗后氧分压和二氧化碳分压均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慢性肺源性心脏病患者实施中医辨证论治的临床效果显著,患者临床症状可以有效的缓解,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease based on syndrome differentiation. Methods A total of 70 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to randomized double-blind method. The patients in the control group were treated with Western medicine, and the patients in the observation group were treated with TCM syndrome differentiation. The clinical curative effect of the two groups was compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 94. 3% （33/35） and 71.4% （25/35） respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （X^2 = 6.44 ; P 〈 0.05 ）. The scores of oxygen partial pressure and carbon dioxide in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group （ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease based on syndrome differentiation has significantly clinical effect, can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
