Objective To investigate the effect of auricular point sticking therapy on the clinieal effect and motilin of auricular point sticking therapy on gastroesophageal reflux disease in patients with anxiety. Methods 101 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease associated with anxiety were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Patients in the control group were given conventional medicine treatment, and patients in the observation group were given the conventional medicine treatment and auricular point sticking treatment. The effect of gastric esophageal reflux disease with anxiety, anxiety score, gastrin and motilin were compared before and after treatment. Result The total effective rate in the observation group and the control group was 91.49% and 79.63% , and the difference was significant (P 〈0. 05 ). After treatment, the anxiety SAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P 〈0. 05). The levels of motilin were elevated in both groups, but the levels of motilin in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P 〈0. 05 ). Conclusion Auricular point sticking in the treatment of gastroesophageat reflux disease in patients with anxiety can improve the curative effect, and promote the patient care satisfaction and motilin.
