中医护理干预在糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果

The Application Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Intervention in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的分析中医护理干预在糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果。方法随机选取我院2015年5月—2017年2月期间住院治疗的70例糖尿病患者为调查对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,均35例,对照组接受常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上加以中医护理,分析两组血糖控制、生活质量等情况。结果护理后,观察组生活质量高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);观察组血糖控制情况较对照组明显,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论中医护理有助于糖尿病患者维持正常的血糖水平,生活质量的提高,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with diabetes. Methods 70 patients with type 2 diabetes who were hospitalized in our hospital during the period of May 2015 to February 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. 35 patients in the control group received routine nursing. The observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the basis of conventional nursing care. The control of blood glucose and quality of life were analyzed. Results After nursing, the quality of life of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （p 〈 0.05 ）. The blood glucose control in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （p 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine nursing can help patients with diabetes to maintain normal blood glucose level, improve the quality of life, and it is worth promoting.
