半夏厚朴汤合左金丸治疗反流性食管炎的临床观察

Clinical observation on Banxia Houpu Decoction and Zuojin Pill in the Treatment of Reflux Esophagitis

目的对半夏厚朴汤合左金丸在反流性食管炎治疗中的临床效果进行分析。方法从我院2014年11月—2016年11月期间收治的反流性食管炎患者中抽取120例随机、均等分为对照组与研究组。对照组给予常规西药雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片治疗,研究组给予半夏厚朴汤合左金丸治疗。对比不同组别患者临床治疗效果、治疗前后反流症状积分、生活质量评分。结果研究组治疗总有效率明显比对照组高(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者反流症状积分差异并不明显(P>0.05),治疗后均有所降低,研究组积分明显比对照组低(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者生活质量评分差异并不显著(P>0.05),治疗后均有所提升,但研究组患者分数明显比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论半夏厚朴汤合左金丸治疗反流性食管炎能够取得明显的临床效果,有广泛使用的价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Banxia Houpu decoction and Zuojin pill in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Method120 cases of reflux esophagitis patients in our hospital from November 2014 to November 2016 were selected and divided into control group and study group.The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment.The study group was given on rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets,Banxia Houpu decoction and Zuojin pill.The clinical curative effect,reflux symptoms and the quality of life score of different groups was compared.Result The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Before treatment,reflux symptoms of the two groups had no significantly different（P〉0.05）.After treatment,reflux symptoms of the two groups decreased,and reflux symptoms of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Before treatment,quality of life of the patients was not significant（P〈0.05）.After treatment,quality of life of the two groups improved,and quality of life in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Banxia Houpu decoction and Zuojin pill in the treatment of reflux esophagitis can obtain obviously clinical effect,and has broad application value.
